Our
western cookout area is perfect for
private groups of
15 to 100 guests. Ride a horse, the way our desert should be seen,
then step off your "trusted steed" and saunter over to your cowboy
dinner set up just for you and your group. (we also set up for
breakfast & lunch) Enjoy delicious steak & chicken cooked over
mesquite wood along with all the fixins', served on tin plates,
while seated under a covered pavilion. Cowboy entertainment sets the
perfect mood under the stars around the campfire.

Options: If you have some guests in your group that are not
interested in horseback riding . . we can arrange a jeep tour for
