Trail riding with Cave Creek Outfitters is a true Arizona adventure.  We invite you to come ride our beautiful and unique Sonoran Desert on horseback as its been done for hundreds of years.

You will feel the legacies left behind by Cochise, Geronimo, Wyatt Earp and the ancient Hohokam. You'll hold the spirit of the famous and nameless cowboys, soldiers, pioneers, outlaws and Indians who crossed many of the trails you will be riding. Feel the towering Saguaro Cactus gazing upon you as we tell of the colorful history, lost gold mines and mysteries of the Sonoran Desert.

Unlike some stables, our stable is geared to small groups (5 - 7 riders per group). This allows us to personalize each trail ride by telling you about the abundant plant and animal life.

Transportation departs twice a day from many Scottsdale Resorts for our 2 hr. and 1/2 day rides for an additional $10 per person or drive out to the ranch and save. See our Map for directions.  During the summer months (June thru Sept) we can provide transportation for our 8 am two hour ride only.

One and two hour trail rides are available year round.  Half day and full day trail rides are available October thru April.

For the well-being of our horses, we have a 230 lb. weight limit. Children must be 6 yrs. old to ride (No double riding)

Due to the nature of our rides, long pants and closed toed shoes are required. Sunscreen and hats are recommended. Bottled water will be provided.

We ride year round . . . don’t let the temperature readings discourage you. We are at 2600 ft. in elevation and run between 7 to 10 degrees cooler than reported in town and generally we have a nice breeze. Give us a call (480) 471-4635 and we’ll see you on the trail.
